Granite Telecommunications has unveiled its new Microsoft Teams and Merged Voice integration services for sale through its Indirect Business Partners.
Granite is rolling out Direct Routing support to Microsoft Teams. Businesses can make and receive external phone calls within the Teams collaboration app on their desktops, laptops, or mobile devices.
The Teams integration enables calls to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). It does this by connecting Granite’s SIP trunking service to Microsoft Phone System in Teams.
